PASTOSOL ED
Appointment: Improves the degreasing effect in combination with surfactants and proteolytic enzymes.
Composition: Lipolytic enzymes.
Benefits:
- Leather treated with PASTOSOL ED exhibits excellent grain tightness and very level dyeing properties.
- Possesses optimum efficiency in the pH range 9 — 12.
PASTOSOL F
Appointment: Possesses excellent dispersing and emulsifying properties for natural fat.
Benefits:
- Can be also used as a degreasing agent for hides with a medium fat content/
- Can be used to stabilise fatliquor emulsions providing a more even fatliquor distribution.
- When used in pickling or chrome tannage will help to improve rehydration of wet blue and the softness of crust leather.
- When used in the washing process of wet blue will exhibit a positive effect on fogging values.
- Can be used to good effect in scouring of woolleathers.
PASTOSOL HW
Appointment: Emulsifier and dispersant for hydrophobic leather. It has been specifically developed for use in any stage of water-resistant leather processing. The tensioactive capacity is blocked when fixing the leather with metallic salts, and as a result no negative effects will be exhibited on Maeser or Bally test results.
Can be utilized to good effect in the rehydration of wet blue which has become dry.
Can be utilized in the degreasing of depickled sheepleathers where subsequent tanning operations with chromium or aluminium will block any remaining hydrophilic groups in the leather and allow the production of leathers with a high degree of water resistance.
Can be used to good effect as a stabilizer, together with water-resistant fatliquors, without negatively influencing the hydrophobic characteristics of the leather.

PASTOSOL SAB conc.
