TRUPON PEM
Appointment: Highly stable emulsion-type fatliquor designed for use in chrome tannage and retannage of bovine and ovine-based leathers and furleathers.
Composition: Fatty acid ester products.
Benefits: Helps disperse natural fats in the leather or hide and as a consequence lends itself to helping produce cleaner wet blues with fine grain characteristics.
TRUPOL PES
Appointment: Universal fully synthetic fatliquor based on fatty esters with excellent lightfastness and heat yellowing properties. TRUPOL PES is a highly stabilised fatliquor and penetrates easily through the leather cross-section and significantly improves the stability and dispersion of fatliquor combinations. This property makes TRUPOL PES particularly versatile in the production of softy lightweight leathers through to firm shoe upper leathers.
Composition: Fully synthetic fatty esters.
Benefits: When used alone, provides a dry surface touch with fine, smooth grain.
TRUPON AMC
Appointment: Ideally suited for fatliquoring of all types of softy leathers including furniture leather where its use will provide a light fluffy handle, a smooth grain characteristic and an even level dying.
Composition: Sulphited and phosphatised raw materials.
Benefits:
- Designed as main fatliquor, but it can be also applied during chrome tannage.
- Enhance the colour value of dyed leather.
TRUPON DB
Appointment: Produces exceptional softness on clothing leather for both sheep and cow, coupled with a waxy, slightly wet handle.
Composition: Sulphated synthetic raw materials, phospholipids and anionic stabilisers.
Benefits: Enhance the colour value of dyed leather.
TRUPON HP OIL
Appointment: Produce oily pull-up effects.
Composition: Synthetic hydrophobing fatty material.
Benefits:
- When used alone TRUPON HP OIL will produce oily pull-up effect.
- Can be applied by roller coater, curtain coater or spraying.
- Leathers which have been processed utilising waterproofing materials such as TRUPOSIST® WRM or the TRUPOSIST system will exhibit enhanced water resistance and lower water uptake when treated with TRUPON HP OIL. Extended drying or conditioning of the leather is not required due to the absence of solvents in the system.
TRUPON LGS
Appointment: Semi-synthetic fatliquor which can be utilised on a wide range of leather types.
Composition: Sulphated and sulphited synthetic and natural oils.
Benefits:
- Possesses good electrolyte stability and can be used to good effect in chrome retannage as well as neutralising and retanning processes without fear of greasiness.
- Have good softness and a pleasant warm handle.
TRUPON OSL
Appointment: Highly effective fatliquor for the production of light, fluffy clothing and softy leathers. TRUPON OSL can be used to good effect in the fatliquoring of bovine and ovine clothing leathers, where it will confer outstanding softness and handle coupled with the ability to produce an extremely smooth creamy grain.
Composition: Sulphited and phosphatised triglycerides and nonionic stabilisers.
Benefits: Help to level anionic dyeings through its dispersing and penetrating properties.
TRUPON SNF
Appointment: Water insoluble oil, which has similar properties like the natural neatsfoot oil.
Composition: Synthetic lubricants.
Benefits: Exhibits excellent fibre substantivity, which is especially beneficial for leathers intended for vacuum drying.
TRUPONOL LAN
Appointment: Anionic fatliquor based on high grade lanolin. Ideally suited to the fatliquoring of rugged sports leathers such as baseball, glove, bridle and saddle leather.
Composition: Sulphited lanolin / fish oil.
Benefits:
- Exhibit well lubricated grain characteristics and a slightly waxy handle.
- Can be used to good effect on vegetable tanned and heavily retanned chrome leathers where its use ensures high nourishment and lubrication properties.
TRUPONOL OST
Appointment: Highly sulphited fatliquor based on high-quality fish oil. Due to its outstanding stability to electrolytes can be used in both chrome tannage and retannage where it will help promote smooth flat grain characteristics along with excellent softness.
Composition: Highly sulphited oxidised fish oil.
Benefits: Exhaust readily from the fatliquor bath and possesses excellent fibre substantivit.
TRUPON SWS
Appointment: Fatliquor designed to produce outstanding gloss and sheen on both suede and nubuck leathers.
Composition: Sulphated, synthetic and vegetable raw materials.
Benefits:
- Not bleach or lighten anionic dyeings.
- Fatliquoring leathers exhibit good softness and a pleasant, slightly waxy handle.
TRUPOSOL AMF
Appointment: Fatliquor designed to produce outstanding softness on all types of leather.
Composition: Sulphited readily renewable raw materials.
Benefits:
- Meets the stringent demands laid down for automobile upholstery leathers.
- Fatliquoring leathers exhibit outstanding inner softness coupled with extremely fine grain characteristics and a pleasant round handle.
- Enhance the colour value of dyed leather.
TRUPOSOL FRF
Appointment: Environmentally friendly flame retardant fatliquor. Use in the production of automotive and aviation leathers which must meet the stringent demands laid down in terms of flammability.
Composition: Sulphited natural and synthetic fatting substances.
Benefits:
- Free from antimony and halogenated adducts.
- Fatliquoring leathers exhibit outstanding softness with a pleasant round handle, and in addition they show low fogging values.
- In aviation leather will not increase the specific weight nor causethe resultant leather to become hard and intractable.
TRUPOSOL GF
Appointment: Highly sulphited fatliquor based on high quality natural fatty substances. Due to its outstanding stability to electrolytes, TRUPOSOL GF can be used in chrome and FOC tannages and retannages, to promote a very good and even inner softness, tight and flat grain characteristics, along with excellent fullness, and pleasant warm handle.
Composition: Oxidised and sulphited natural fatty substances.
Benefits: Can be used as a single fatliquor or in combination with other appropriate fatliquors from the TRUMPLER range to achieve the desired properties and grain haptics.
TRUPOSOL NFY
Appointment: Semi-synthetic fatliquor which has been designed to meet the stringent demands laid down for automobile upholstery leathers.
Composition: Sulphated natural and synthetic oils.
Benefits:
- Leathers fatliquored with TRUPOSOL NFY exhibit outstanding softness and fullness, coupled with a well-lubricated grain and excellent millability.
- The high substantivity and low volatility that the product exhibits, allows leathers to be manufactured with outstanding fogging values whether tested by gravimetric or reflectometric methods.
- These factors coupled with highly efficient exhaustion and fixation properties ensure extremely low COD levels in waste water and as a consequence an efficient and environmentally friendly fatliquoring procedure.
TRUPOSOL SAM
Appointment: Semi synthetic sulphited fatliquor which can be used to good effect on all types of softy leathers including upholstery and automotive upholstery.
Composition: Sulphited natural and synthetic fatting substances.
Benefits:
- Exhibits outstanding softness and fullness coupled with well lubricated grain characteristics and a pleasant round handle.
- Leathers fatliquored possess extremely good fogging characteristics in both reflectometric and gravimetric test procedures.
- Fish oil free and based upon environmentally friendly, readily renewable raw materials.
- Exhausts readily from the fatliquoring bath thus producing extremely low COD levels in waste water.
TRUPON L-100
Appointment: Highly concentrated lecithin based fat. It can be used for fatliquoring of both chrome and chrome-free leathers.
Composition: Mix of natural vegetable oils and nonionic emulsifiers.
Benefits: Treated leather has excellent softness, with a pleasant, smooth, slightly waxy touch.
TRUPOSOL MAX
Appointment: Fish oil free fatliquor designed for use in a wide range of articles.
Composition: Sulphited readily renewable raw materials.
Benefits:
- Leathers fatliquored with TRUPOSOL MAX exhibit outstanding inner softness coupled with extremely fine grain characteristics and a pleasant round handle.
- Possesses excellent fogging values and is therefore an ideal fatliquor for use in the production of automotive upholstery leather.
- Due to the extremely high active matter of TRUPOSOL MAX, economy of use is guaranteed, whilst facilitating excellent softening properties to be achieved.
TRUPOSIST D-N
Appointment: Special product for water resistant leathers with extremely high demands.
Composition: Polymeric, hydrophobing and fatting substances.
Benefits:
- Designed for use on leathers which require large quantities of anionic syntans, resins and vegetable-based retanning materials.
- Provides excellent dyeing properties without danger of greasiness, thus making it ideally suited for the production of high quality full grain and nubuck leathers.
- Disposes of sufficient stability to salts and weakly acidic conditions so it can be used at various stages of processing.
TRUPOSIST G
Appointment: Designed for use on leathers which require large quantities of anionic syntans, resins and vegetable-based retanning materials. Hydrophobing agent for water resistant leathers with extremely high demands.
Composition: Polymeric, hydrophobing and fatting substances.
Benefits:
- Provides excellent dyeing properties without danger of greasiness, thus making it ideally suited for the production of high quality full grain and nubuck leathers.
- Disposes of sufficient stability to salts and weakly acidic conditions so it can be used at various stages of processing.
- Ideally suited for the production of washable leathers where softness and handle will be retained even after several washing cycles.
- Leathers treated with TRUPOSIST G exhibit a pleasant, full and round handle with extremely high dynamic water resistance.
TRUPOSYL TBD
Appointment: Use for all leather types and in any combination with other anionic fatliquors. It can be successfully used in compact processes, where its use will help simplify and reduce the number of products used.
Composition: Special combination of lubricating polymers.
Benefits:
- Leathers prepared with TRUPOSYL TBD have a tight smooth grain and significantly improved fullness.
- Has an excellent stability to electrolytes and can therefore be applied as a pre-fatliquor in the chrome retan float, producing a good fullness and spring in the final leather.
- Leathers treated with TRUPOSYL TBD demonstrate level and brilliant dyeing properties that
- are particularly useful for suede and nubuck leather production.
TRUPOSYL LL
Appointment: Purely synthetic fatliquor for the production of all soft leather types. Due to its purely synthetic base TRUPOSYL LL can be used to produce light, fluffy leathers.
Composition: Polymers and synthetic raw materials.
Benefits:
- In combination with other fatliquors, improves greatly their penetration and uptake.
- Can be used for wet-blue as well as for wet-white.
TRUPON MP-4
Appointment: Particularly suitable for making leathers with a wax touch, pull-up and for polished effects where a wax finger is also required. It can be used as the main fatliquer, always giving a slightly waxy touch and water-repellent effect.
Composition: High quality lanolin, synthetic waxes, natural oils and anionic tensides.
Benefits: May be used alone or in combination with other TRUPON / TRUPONOL fats.
SOLVOTAN VM
Appointment: Special cationic fatliquor, suitable for diverse articles and leathers.
Composition: Cationic emulsified, predominantly synthetic fatting substances.
Benefits: Facilitates the production of fine-grained leathers with an extremely pleasant handle and remarkable fullness.
TRUPOIL WP
Appointment: Mixture of synthetic oils especially developed to achieve a pull-up effect with an oily feel.
Composition: A mixture of synthetic oils non-emulsifiable in water.
Benefits:
- Highly recommendable for intensifying colours on nubucks.
- Can be used on waterproofed leathers without affecting the waterproofing properties.
- Can be applied by roller, curtain or spray gun, for interesting pull-up effects, both on full grain and corrected grain.
